These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nutrivault website at https://nutrivault.in (“the Site”), operated by Nutrivault Foods Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

• You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• You agree not to misuse the Site — including not to attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content at scale, interfere with security, or use automated tools to place fraudulent orders.
• We may suspend or block access for anyone who violates these Terms or applicable law.
• The Site is offered on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You may browse and place orders without an account. If we offer account features, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

• Product descriptions, images, weights, ingredients and allergen information are provided in good faith but may contain errors or omissions. See our Disclaimer.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in pricing or product information. If we do so after you have placed an order, we will offer you the choice of accepting the corrected terms or cancelling for a full refund.
• We may modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when we accept it (typically by sending an order confirmation email) and payment is authorised. Until then, we may decline an order for any reason — including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
• Each order generates a unique order reference (e.g. NV-2026-00001). Please quote this reference in any communication about your order.
• You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. See our Cancellation Policy.

• We currently accept payments through PhonePe and Paytm (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets — as available on each provider). UPI direct transfer to nutrivault@upi may also be offered where supported.
• Payment is processed securely by the payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
• If a payment fails or is cancelled by you, the order remains in a pending state and can be retried. See Returns & Refunds for refund timelines.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days in serviceable pin codes. Shipping is free on every order. International shipping is not currently available. See our full Shipping Policy.

We accept returns of damaged or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We do not promise “no questions asked” returns — each request is reviewed. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

You can cancel an order before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refuse delivery or follow the returns process after delivery. See our Cancellation Policy.

• The Nutrivault name, logo, brand identity, product photography, copy and site design are owned by Nutrivault Foods Private Limited (or its licensors) and protected under Indian intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any of this content without our prior written consent.
• User-submitted content (such as product reviews) remains owned by you, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, neither Nutrivault Foods Private Limited nor its directors, employees or partners shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutrivault Foods Private Limited and its affiliates from any claim, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site — unless a consumer protection statute gives you the right to bring a case in your own district.

Dispute resolution

We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally first. If that fails, the dispute may be referred to consumer dispute redressal forums or arbitration as required by Indian law.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes (such as new fees or changes to dispute resolution) will also be highlighted on the Site or sent to registered customers by email.
