Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to the site owners. Local storage works similarly but with larger data and no automatic expiry. This policy explains what we use and why.

These are required for the Site to function. Disabling them breaks core features. We do not require consent for these.

• Cart storage (local storage): keeps your cart contents between pages and visits so your shopping is not lost on refresh.
• Session identifiers (cookies): used by our server and hosting platform to keep your session secure (for example, to attach an order to your browser, and to protect against CSRF).
• Announcement dismissal (local storage): remembers that you have dismissed the announcement bar so it does not reappear on every page load.

We may use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the Site — so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are only set if our admin has explicitly enabled tracking in the admin panel. Current status:

• Google Analytics: disabled
• Meta Pixel: enabled
• Google Ads: enabled

If you would prefer not to be tracked, you can disable cookies in your browser, use a private / incognito window, or install a tracker-blocking extension. The Site still works without analytics cookies.

Payment providers

When you initiate a payment, you may be redirected to PhonePe or Paytm. Those providers set their own cookies on their own domains to process and secure your payment. We have no control over those cookies — please see each provider's privacy policy for details.

Embedded content

We do not currently embed third-party content (such as social media widgets or YouTube videos). If we add such content in the future, those third parties may set cookies and we will update this policy accordingly.

You can control and delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you:

• View all cookies that have been set.
• Block all cookies or only third-party cookies.
• Delete existing cookies.
• Set preferences per website.

Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent the cart and checkout from working correctly. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect site functionality.
